Decoration system is a camera filters and stickers packed decoration system that empowers users to self-express through customized interest and gestures.

As a product manager leading the TF consisted of three graphic designers, one AR engineer, and Client side engineers, I have created an interface for adding stickers and effects in a user’s video background.

I have scaled this interface as a decoration marketplace in collaboration with business developers, starting off with global/seasonal decorations.
